I work for an HVAC wholesaler that covers the entire state of Wisconsin. I call on retail contractors in seven counties. I am always looking for opportunities for them to improve their business by being able to deliver better customer service. What basic information can you give me that I can share with these contractors to get them started? This would be an awesome "add-on" opportunity for a technician on a service call or precision tune-up to present to his customer. And it would be something that would save the customer money, improve their comfort, and improve their indoor environment. That sounds like a grand slam to me! I would appreciate it if you can point me in the right direction so I can speak to my customers intelligently on this topic.
